Home Visits

For some, taking their computer out of their home is not convenient. When this is the case, PC Guy can come to you. Where possible the repair will be done in the comfort of your own home. 

 

Ocassionally, some jobs cannot be completed onsite. When this is the case, we would consult with you, and if permission is given, we would take your machine away, do the repair, and then bring it back to you.

Home call-outs can be arranged within the Ellesmere Port, Wirral and Chester areas. Give us a call or complete our contact us form, and we can book you in.

Drop Off Service

Don't want to be staying in while your computer gets fixed, or have other appointments to attend? Drop off your computer to PC Guy in Little Sutton, Ellesmere Port. We have drop off times between 10am and 7pm Monday to Thursday and 10am to 5pm on a Friday.

 

We have free on street parking, or you can also park at Little Sutton Library and walk down to us.

Always contact us first before dropping off, as we need to book you in. Give us a call or drop us a message using the contact us form.

We will do our best to get your computer up and running smoothly as soon as possible to cause minimal inconvenience to you, whilst you go about your normal day.

What We Don't Repair

We dont do hardware repairs on the following:

What to expect when purchasing from PC Guy

from when you make initial contact, we will quote you a machine that will meet your requirements. Our machines are not designed to be cheap, but they are designed to be very high quality. A lot of high street suppliers use cheap components to maximise profit, we use the best components possible for the budget you have and will not cut corners.

  • Our computers can be bespoke designed to meet your requirements, ensuring that they are adequate for the tasks that it needs to perform.

  • Our PC’s are built to be fully upgradeable and are designed to make it as easy as possible for you to expand future storage, CPU, graphics card, memory options etc. This helps to future proof your computer, and saves you money down the line.

  • The computers are designed to run cool and quiet, with PC Guy’s years of knowhow in thermal optimization. A cool PC will run faster and last longer and we offer both air and liquid cooling solutions.

  • All brand new machines come with 1 year onsite hardware warranty. Please see our warranty declaration for further infomation.
